Work location: Barasat,Kolkata
Salary: Rs.20,000 – Rs.31,000/month+ 5% commission on new sales
Mandatory Experience: 5+ years experience in the digital marketing industry,Website Selling,SEO,SMO,SSL.
Working days: 6 days
Responsibilities and Duties
Selling Website by calling
Collect money from company’s customer by phone, email or visiting customer location
After sales, need to go through the payment policy and contact time to time with a customer for next payment collection
Get the project update from technical team
Build the reputation with customers and upsell our products
Build the relationship in such a way, you can get referrals, sell other products and services to them
Read customer’s mind, attitude, weakness, nextworks, etc. and upsell our products
Great customer services, smiley face with customers at any situation
Selling Dynamic Website,E commerce,SEO,SMO,SSL
100% can do and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Comfortable working with targets
Patience and ability to manage stress
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
IT/Internet experience
